We take pride in the quality of roofing that we can provide. We make sure the job is done right the first time. We install all our roofs the “old fashioned way.” By that, we mean we do not use hammers or air guns. We use plumb hatchets to ensure the precision of every nail we put in. Oftentimes nail guns and hammers will either force the nail in too far causing the shingle to split, or they will not insert the nail far enough, causing the shingle to be loose and occasionally detach. With a plumb hatchet, we are able to guarantee that the nail has gone the correct distance so it secures the shingle and does not split it.

Our Warranty

We also offer the best labor warranty in the business. We stand behind our work. That’s why our labor warranty matches the shingle life warranty. For example, if we install a 25 year 3-tab shingle on your house, we provide a 25 year labor warranty. So if anything goes wrong in that time, we’ll come out and fix it for you. If you purchase a 30 year architectural shingle, we will back it with a 30 year labor warranty. We also provide a one year labor warranty on any roofing repair that we do. So whether you got the roof from us or not, we’ll keep you protected.

Residential Services

We specialize in residential roofing, whether it is new roof installation or existing roof repair. We also provide the best labor warranty in the business. We’ll match the shingle warranty and give you the same warranty on all our labor.

Commercial Services

Not only do we do residential roofing, we also are experienced in commercial roofing. Whether it’s a business building, education facility, or any other commercial building, we guarantee the best quality products and service possible. Our commercial clients include the Timmons Arena and Furman University.

Church Installation

Larry J. Carlton Roofing has done work for various churches around the Upstate and surrounding regions. Some of our clients include South Carolina Wesleyan Church Camp, Eastlan Baptist Church, and Oakcrest Baptist Church.
